Is 45 minutes long enough to cook 8 pork chops at 350 in oven?

It definitely could be depending on how thick they are. Just cook them until the internal temp is at least 145 degrees-used to be recommended to cook until 160 degrees so that could work too but they will be more well done.

I'd start there and use a thermometer to check. If they aren't ready, keep cooking them and check the temp every so often

Depends on thickness. I cook breakfast chops on 350 for 30 mins and they’re always at 150 internal so they’re done but thicker ones I don’t even time so I’m not sure how long they take. Your best is to get a meat thermometer

For the type I use yes but for your basic bone in pork chop and how I like them cooked no.
