Hmm? BFP then negative

Hey ladies I got my BFP this morning!! Yay! We have been trying for almost 3 years and our last pregnancy ended in a miscarriage in Feb. I know it’s best to test with FMU but when I test this afternoon there wasn’t even a faint line. Should I be worried? 
Here’s test this morning. Praying for a sticky bean!
