Excess Discharge? 29 Weeks & 6 Days

Is anyone else at this stage always nervous they’re leaking fluid? I have a couple gushes a day of what I really think is just discharge, but sometimes it is thin and milky white. It really only leaves bigger spots on my underwear if they’re the tighter/cheeky kind. I’ve had a lot of discharge since almost 18 weeks and even visited the ER over it at that point. At my follow-up with my doctor he said excess discharge is normal due to all the extra blood flow during pregnancy, (and when I mentioned it again at my last appointment I was told the same thing and didn’t even get an exam to check) but anytime I feel any sort of gush it worries me. Anyone else in the same boat?
