Foreo Luna mini 3? Hormonal acne tips?!

this may be a longer post but if ANYONE could read it through and offer some tips I would appreciate it so so much. I am at a loss on what to do now. I have never been the one to have major breakouts and stubborn acne until I got on the depo shot probably a year or more ago. When I got off the breakouts got worse and i have big breakout sports on my checks that do not budge! I have bad acne around my chin now possibly due to masks and I have a few on my forehead. I’ve tried drugstore products and now am tried more expensive brands. Currently I’m using Tula acne skincare products and have been for about 2 months now and nothing. I use the face wash, moisturizer, and spit treatment that are all for acne prone skin. I’m currently looking for a new skincare system since this one is not working but I was wondering if I should add a skincare brush to my routine. I have read so many reviews on the foreo luna mini 2 and 3 and still can’t decide which if any to get because of the price. I feel like it would definitely clean better than my hand but any advice would help!
