So I’m over the moon I found out I’m pregnant

So I found out I was pregnant back in September I’m just abit curious so I thought I’d ask

I’ve had my 12 week scan nearly 2 weeks ago now and it woks out I would of fallen pregnant between 1-3 days after my period!

Is it possible I could of fallen pregnant before my period even though it was extremely heavy and very painful?
