Barely any symptoms

Hello ! I’m 9 weeks and 5 days pregnant today. I was just wondering does anyone feel little to no symptoms around this time . Before I was nauseous everyday and my breast were growing and tinder. Now I have nausea every now and then and my breast don’t hurt as bad. It’s like my symptoms are not exactly disappearing but like to it bare minimum. I’m hoping there’s not miscarriaging going on. I haven’t been bleeding or spotting. Just white discharge. If you moms or someone in the same boat as me can give me some advice. That’ll be great. This is my first baby ❣️ Thank you
