How many “meals” do you eat In a day?

I usually eat at 10:30, again at 1:30/2, once again later at 4/5ish and again at 7:30 ish. Oh and I have a snack usually at 8:30 before bed.

I’ve noticed eating small “meals” helps my nausea keep bay. Anyone have any good meal combos for nausea they love right now?
