13 weeks and bleeding

TMI WARNING⚠️ I’m 13 weeks pregnant and 3 nights ago I went to the restroom and when I wiped there was the FAINTEST pink when I wiped but it progressed over the next ten-ish hours. Now the last 2 days it’s been heavier when I wipe and bright red with the tiniest bits of clots in it and there’s blood in the toilet when I pee. Not really bad cramps just mild. ER checked me out and everything was fine but I’m still worried since it’s still going on. Anyone had a similar situation?

UPDATE: The bleeding has basically stopped. Just a teeny streak of light pinky brown when I wipe. Hopefully it goes away and stays away🙏🏻
