Due date

One of my doctors said I am due January 30 but my first due date was feb 3 she was saying my sonogram weeks was different then my fetal weeks I guess but she told me they inducing me at 39 weeks which is Jan 23 since she still said my due date January 30 not feb 3 but my weeks was confusing when I went last time I was 29 weeks 2days I think can’t remember but my app when I put January 30 in as my due date it say I was 29 weeks n 3 days so that case my due date should be January 31 not 30 I am confusing can somebody tell me what this mean I am high risk n I see the doctor every week now due to not being able to carry placenta right I lost twins in January cause that so now they got me take adult aspirin
