Advice please

So I am 7 weeks 3 days today and I'm so nervous something is wrong as we all do worry I don't have a scan until 10weeks feels like forever 😞 my question is...is it normal to not have hightened smell as everyone says Ur ment to get should I be worried all I have is tender breasts and extremely tired and some mood swings any advice will be appreciated thanks🙂
