We have been ttc for almost 2 years now after so many negatives we finally decided to consult a doctor.. well we got the results and its "unexplained" the doctors say they can't figure out why we haven't conceived yet because both my partner and I are perfectly healthy.

Where do we go from here? Of course we will keep trying but have any of you faced this? If so what was your next step?

We have been told about <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IVF</a> options however the waiting lists are quite long so in the meantime any tips and suggests to help conceive naturally will be appreciated.
