Best car seats for newborns?

We have the Graco 4ever car seat for my 2 year old and got the graco snugride snuglock 35 DLX for the new baby.
Which car seat did you get/plan to get for this baby?

Chicco Keyfit for my twin boys

We don’t have a car, but are looking for a car seat that can be used in rental cars and taxis. I heard the Chicco keyfit can be used with a regular seatbelt and doesn’t require a base. 
Anyone else in the same boat and have a good recommendation? If youve used the KeyFit, can it really be used with a seatbelt (no base)?

We are reusing our chicco keyfit 30 from my 2 year old. Only use it for about 5 months before switching to a convertible since it’s easier that way.

We had an Evenflo Embrace for our daughter and will be getting another for our son. It's not as fancy as some but it seems comfortable for them and it's safe and I personally don't see the point in spending a ton of money on an expensive infant carrier when I personally only keep my babies in this kind of seat until they're 6 months or so
