TTC journey started this year, using opks for the past 3 months. Turning 40 next March.

We've been married for 3 years and only this year started actively trying, and so far nothing is happening. I do notice however that my periods are much worse and heavier. Went to a doctor last year and was referred for an ultrasound but it showed everything was normal. Not sure if its just hormones or if I should go for a second opinion.

Anyone else had similar experiences?
