Opk or bbt

Been ttc for 6 months and decided to use some help, I tried one month of opk and learned a lot (my ovulation is like a full week-2 weeks later then flow predicted)

I was wondering if you ladies have had better luck with opk vs bbt? Any advice or tips appreciated
