Has anyone tried Premama? 
Either the birth control one or even the support kind

I want to try it but I don’t want to spend the kind of money if I don’t know if it’s worth it.
Yes I know everyone’s body is different I guess my target audience is more for people with irregular periods. ￼

I just finished my first pack. I have irregular periods after being off birth control 3 months. I think this has helped me to regulate my cycle, it started my period after a 48 day cycle right after starting this,  I got stronger ovulation test results and overall this cycle was shorter.

If you already have a regular cycle (without using birth control) then don’t use it! It can cause your regular cycle to become irregular. My gyno informed to not use any time of supplement or vitamin that is for regulating your cycle when you’re cycle is already regular.
If you just got off birth control then try the birth control cleanse but wait to use the fertility support. After you end the birth control cleanse, wait about 3 months or so to see if you have a regular cycle. If not, then try the fertility support mix drink. They say to use the fertility support for at least 3 months consecutively. Hope this helps! ✨

I used it (conceive, not the bc cleanse). I switched to myo inositol I got from Amazon (same exact thing) for half the cost. Got pregnant first cycle using it. I do have irregular cycles though. I’ve heard some people say it messed up their regular cycle, so be careful!

I used the fertility one for 1 month with my first and got pregnant that cycle. After 4 months ttc
