Is it bad to wear panty liners everyday?

So I’m 16 and I discharge so much and I’m tired of wiping it out every time I go to the bathroom. I also pee a little when I cough and sneeze and I’m tired of having wet undies. So I bought a box of daily liners I believe from always. I have a horrible habit though of forgetting to peel them off so my mom was doing my laundry and asked why I was using so many panty liners. I was embarrassed so I just told her to feel fresh and not the real reason. I showed her the box and how it said daily liners but she said that’s not what they are for. They want you to feel dirty down there so you buy more but you should let your vagina breathe. Sorry this is so long. Is she right? What should I do about peeing myself and my heavy discharge then?

Yes, wearing liners daily can cause issues. Your vagina does need to breathe. If your gonna wear them at least try to sleep with none so you can let your vagina breathe. Some women have to wear liners daily, but if you do that you should use specific liners that’s are not toxic.

Wearing them everyday is not  healthy at all speaking from experience if you let your vigina breath more often and drink plenty of water  u'll see those problems fade away I know is stressful but it's nature in a different way, but if problem still continues then seek medical advice

This used to happen to me and I use to wear liners every day. I finally stopped wearing liners and noticed the discharge reduced significantly. 
I’m no expert but I do think wearing liners might make things worse. I think they are made to make people think they need to wear them every day but in reality, I don’t think it should be that way. Now, I only use them when I’m on my last period days and I have enough to stain my undies but not enough to wear a pad so I wear the liners. 
Try ditching the liners for like a month to see what happens and if you still feel off, I recommend visiting an OBGYN for a check up.

It's normal. It's best to just not wear them, I realised wearing them actually causes me to have more discharge! It's also super wasteful for the environment to wear one every day

Every woman is different and every body reacts differently to different things.
Some women cant wear daily liners. It throws off their ph and creates issues like yeast infections.
Some women have large amounts of discharge naturally and if they dont wear liners and change them throughout the day, they will end up with yeast infections from sitting in a wet mess all day long.
Some women arent bothered by being wet all day
Some women cant stand the feeling.
It all comes down to you.

I’ve been having a lot going on down there with being pregnant 😅 I sewed myself a few cloth pads made out of nice breathable cotton. Super soft, good for the environment and at the end of the day they get a wash and dry and I leave them off all night. Maybe look for a tutorial on how to make a few on YouTube.

I think it is normal, I am also wondering if you need tobuse the bathroom more frequently. We sometimes get so caught up in life that maybe just a reminder to go would cause less leakage. I also recommend at night sleeping with nothing and letting fresh air help a bit. Everyone is different though so please don't feel embarrassed.
