What medicine can I take?

Hi! Okay so I have all the symptoms of a head cold, or possibly allergies. Runny nose, sinus pressure headache, post nasal drip, and sneezing. I’m wondering what’s safe to take for pregnancy over the counter? I got the ok to drink emergenc once in a while so I started doing that. Any advice is helpful - Thanks!

I did 60 mg plain old Sudafed twice a day and it helped break up the congestion and minimize the drainage. OB also said I could try Claritin or Flonase or Nasonex. Not together. Basically try one for a few days, if it doesn’t help at all, switch to the other. I also started using a humidifier in our bedroom at night, and that seems to have made a huge difference. It’s not totally gone for me, but I’m not miserable anymore. I’m 20+3 for reference.
