How do you... shower during recovery?

This might be a dumb question but like how do you clean your lady parts when you’re recovering with stitches and stuff?

Just gently and slowly.
Don’t blast your vagina with the faucet or anything.
I just dabbed myself with a warm washcloth and used the peri bottle with warm water.

Gentle just water....they should give you a peri bottle for when you go potty too

I had a c section and showering was really hard. My lady bits weren’t affected at all except some normal bleeding. I had to have my husband help me dry myself and put underwear on for me the first 3-5 days before I could do it myself. I’m 2 weeks pp now and able to do it on my own. My advice is, if you need help don’t be afraid to ask for it. It’s so hard at times to let your guard down at least that’s how it was for me.
