I’m 8 days late.. my nipples are sore and I’ve had indigestion or heartburn for about 4 days. I’m not sure if I ovulated because I wasn’t testing because I planned to start Letrozole this cycle, but I did have spotting around the time that I usually would have ovulated, so I thought it was ovulation spotting. My cycles are never longer than 33 days. Today is cycle day 38. I have taken pregnancy tests and they’ve came back negative. I’m gonna call my doctor today to see if they’ll do blood work. Is it possible I could be pregnant or does this sound like AF is just late or not showing at all? I’m literally driving myself crazy over this.
