really light period

hi, my last period was 9 days late, it lasted 4 days and was really light, not even filled up a tampon at all, there was blood, cervix was really low and firm but no clots, I took a test and it came out negative, but im still worried is it normal for period to be that light. My last two were heavier. Can I still be pregnant somehow?
