Always Infinity Flex Foam extra heavy Overnight Pads

Recently had the copper IUD inserted and NEED A BREAK from tampons 😫 the yoni needs to breathe! Has anyone used this product for very heavy overnight flows? Are these equivalent to super or super + absorbency tampons?

I absolutely love these! I can’t use tampons and have a very heavy flow. I use size five overnight which is the heaviest absorption ones. I always use underwear that absorb a little blood to help not have messes. These pads actually absorb blood like no other.

I don’t use those because they irritate me. My gynecologist said Always is the brand that most of her patients who complain of irritation use. She said use any other brand. I like these extra heavy overnight pads from Kotex. They are sooo long 😆
