Norethindrone mini pill

About 2 weeks ago I was like 4.5 hours late taking my minipill. I've never taken it late before so my fiance and I just used pull out method for like 2 days and then on the 3rd day didn't use anything (I continued taking my pill normally ) I'm kinda worried though because my last period I got it like 2 or 3 weeks before I was meant to(lasted 3 days) right before I took my pill late. I didn't get any emergency pill but I'm wondering if I'm good or if I need to worry. Last few days I've not had an appetite and feel sick feeling right after I eat (nauseous ). Every so often my body feels like I'm getting sick like I'm getting a fever but I don't have a fever and few hours later I'm fine again. TMI but I have also had diarrhea for the past like week as well no matter what I eat. I'm just curious if I would still be OK since we did pull out or not?
