Pregnant first time trying?

Question

Has anyone gotten pregnant quickly after starting to try? This month is the first month I’ve had sex on the 4 days leading up to my ovulation date. Everything I’ve read online says it takes mostly a year to get pregnant. 
I’ve not had any symptoms yet or anything but just curious how quickly it took for others to get pregnant!

I conceived on the first attempt with both my pregnancies. My first in 2017 and just now. I’m currently 5weeks and 3days. Best of luck to you. It’s definitely possible

I stopped taking my birth control (the pill) at the end of my cycle, during my period week. 4 weeks later, I tested positive for pregnancy (my first time ever trying for a baby). I ended up miscarrying spontaneously at 9 weeks but tested positive again 4 weeks after my miscarriage and I’m now currently 23w6d pregnant with my baby boy (: 
I just made sure to take prenatal vitamins every day as soon as I stopped taking birth control.

 Second child I concieved the first time we tried 
Btw I have PCOS
