Boyfriend Issues SOS

This guy I’ve been seeing for a month now, which yes I know isn’t a long time don’t @ me, seems like he really just doesn’t want to spend any time with me and it’s really starting to annoy me because he constantly says he misses me yet we’re both adults and he lives a 10 minute drive away from me. We work together, also awear that’s not a great/fun fact, and he spent all weekend out with his friends and then came to work said he was sick and got taken out of work for the week because of “COVID concerns” 🙄 like he literally has a cold AT BEST and I’m perfectly fine and we spent two nights together. Also everyone he’s been around is perfectly fine but for whatever reason he’s milking it and keeping himself away from me. He sent me and a ton of snapchats and he’s been feeling perfectly healthy and energetic yet he’s still making up excuses. I should probably just accept the physical distance and see if he comes around but I don’t want to be unsupported of his “man cold” or “petty” idk. Just super annoyed. 😒
