If your crush doesn’t like your pics, does that mean they don’t like you?

Super into this guy I met at work. We click really well and he’s drove me home a lot. We talk really naturally and when I mentioned that my ex had messaged me recently he told me to give him his number and he’d turn him down.

Well we follow each other on Instagram, he follows a LOT of people (600+), but he never likes my pictures. He’s liked one from months ago. I feel kind of down. Is this a for sure sign he doesn’t like me back?
