Cramps way after HSG?

Anyone still have cramps for more than a few hours after HSG? I had mine 10 hours ago and my cramps are still rough. From what I read and from what my doc said I was just expecting this to last a few hours tops.

The procedure itself didn’t hurt much at all but about 30 minutes afterwards the cramps started and haven’t stopped. 😓

My tubes were clear. My OBGYN said I was “long” and struggled to get into my cervix for a few minutes which was embarrassing and a little traumatic but not (physically) painful.
