Miss one month or two month?

My last period was September 23rd . I am currently 29 days late. Haven’t took a test which I know I should. My husband pulls out. Never came inside me besides once about a week and half ago maybe 2 weeks ago accidentally. I have been having cramping off and on for the past few weeks. I don’t think I am pregnant as the only things I have noticed is that I am hungry a lot more, and lower belly cramping. So my question is, if I do test negative when I take a test I am going to go to the doctor but would I be considered as missing my period one month or missing my period for two months? I know this can’t be normal. As I am going on almost 9 weeks without a period. Does anybody have any ideas on why this could be the case?
