Bleeding ?

Hi , so I just started the pill last month in October and I always take it at night. One weekend in November (14-15th) I ACCIDENTALLY took the pill in the morning. Ever since that I have been bleeding very lightly since November 18th..My doctor said it is probably just bc I took the pill in the morning so now my body has to get adjusted again.

Has anyone ever done this or have had this happen before ?

I am not in any pain , have cramps, light headed or feel nauseous etc. I feel perfectly fine I’m just bleeding, I am wearing panty liners; that’s how light it is .
