I’m just now experiencing major pain after orgasming and it’s awful!! 😭 I feel like I’ve ruptured something!! It came on slow but it’s this sharp pain tied to my muscle movements from my lower stomach all around my hips and even belly button area. It almost feels like the worst period pain peaking before coming back down, and really bad, gassy constipation? 🤭 I’m freaked out and I’ve never had this happen before, so I’m wondering if anyone else has experienced it this bad or has tips on preventing it? It’s going on ~10min now still pretty painful but not as bad.
