7 month old not sleeping at nights

My 7 month old wakes up every 45 mins to 1 hr and cries. As soon as I take him in my arms he will sleep. But he does this frequently due to which I’m not having proper sleep. Even he will not have sound sleep. I will give him 2 full feedings in the night. I also feed him full before sleeping. Still not getting what’s wrong. Pls let me know.
