Currently 18w 3d and tonight out of nowhere I randomly become super nauseous. I felt like I was gonna vomit and had to sit on the toilet for ages. Still don’t feel right and feel panicky and really tired. I had stomach cramps and pressure but felt the baby move. I know this is a shot in the dark but what do you think this is from? Does anyone have anything similar at this point? I’m asking as it’s really out of character for me as I’m having a great pregnancy and dont think I’ve eaten anything bad!
