Longer PMS
Hi everyone!!
I got my para guard about three months ago and I’ve noticed that although my period is very regular, my PMS seems to be a lot longer and cramping happens a week before my period.
I always heard that a longer period was possible but not anything with PMS symptoms before the start of menstruation.
Has anyone else had this experience?
