What did ur ovary cyst feel like?

Hi. I am having cramping on my right ovary/hip/back area. I was wondering if anyone else has had this with cysts?

Answer

Yes I have this. I get a pinching feeling every so often when I’m ovulating and often have dull throbbing on the side where I have my cysts between ovulation and my period. Usually on my period I get stabbing pains, but I think this is to do with it being an endometrioma so I guess it depends what kind of cyst you have.
