Bfp after 2 years ttc

I’ve been trying to conceive for 2 years now and I have been stressed and given up multiple times. Recently I started testing for ovulation again and I had my last period on November the 8th of 2020. I took a ovulation tests for the past six days And they all kept coming back positive.. I thought it was quite weird And took a hpt today.. got a faint positive so decided to take another one but this time first response.. bam. There it was. I’m so worried because I’ve been so careless and maybe I’ve been pregnant for some time now. Got my doctors test tomorrow!
