Anyone have symptoms just stop?

I’m 7+2 and out of no where my frequent peeing, sore boobs and cramping just stopped. Is that normal?

When I miscarried and everyone body is different my first symptoms were all symptoms going away. No sore boobs etc. not saying this is your case just sharing my personal experience. The symptoms left them the cramping then the bleeding. My body natural ejected the baby so that’s a good thing. I didn’t need a E&D they baby wasn’t stuck in my tubes. Wish you well
