Is it Safe to use vaginal douche ??

My obgyn recommend  this wash. She said a douche can irritate my very sensitive  skin and could throw off my ph balance and cause  BV (bacterial vaginosis) which is not baby friendly (Im TTC).... honestly your lady bits clean themselves... but if your not feeling fresh or clean enough try and unscented, no soaps,dyes, or parabens... and it doesn't  disturb your natural PH!
