Anyone have little ones that are cold at night

Room temp is currently 19.5 was 20+ when she went to bed and will probably drop to 18.8 maybe .

Shes in a vest sleepsuit and a 2.5 but she feels cold on her face arms back of her neck back and chest.

Gro egg guidelines imply she should be more then warm enough in what shes in , I dont want to over cook her shes nearly 1 in age

I worry about sids making her to warm especially as they say temps between 16-20 is ideal?

When I say cold its not like shes freezing but not as warm to touch when I first put her tk bed if that makes sense maybe the word should be chilly not nice and warm?
