Boob discharge?

Question

I squeezed my boob i don't know why but I did it and little drops of white stuff came out if my nipple. More than I've ever seen. Is there such thing as boob discharge? Why does it happen?

I've had this too since age 13. Doctors said it was just "sugar milk" and since all the tests only confirmed I had a hormonal imbalance I never reall got answers. My current obgyn said it was probably a mild pituitary tumor that is actually common in adolescence but I never stopped having the problem.

I get it as a symptom of my autoimmune disease. It still scares me into thinking I have breast cancer or even a pituitary tumor since I have a history of migraines as well. But I know it is a symptom of my disease.
