Clomid question

Has anyone had to take clomid to get pregnant with both of their pregnancies?

We took clomid to conceive our first child and I initially thought maybe my body “would then know what to do” as everyone claims it would. Well, we just started the clomid journey again to try to get pregnant with baby #2 (our last) and I have an overwhelming feeling of being bummed that my body just cant do it on its own.

Has anyone else felt like this? I guess I just need some encouraging words right now
