Pregnant or no??

So I have 2 different period tracking apps... this one and one called Premom. On here my period is 10 days late, but on Premom my period is 22 days late, but regardless of how many days in late I’m still late... me and my boyfriend are trying to have a baby, but it seems like nothing is working... I took a test yesterday and it came out negative, but all last week I’ve been having early pregnancy symptoms and my period is late , so is it possible it could’ve just been a false negative??
