Is it possible for the opposite tube to pick up the egg?

My left tube is blocked, which should be the side that is ovulating this month. We were able to dtd perfect timing this month so I have a tiny bit of hope. I know it’s a pretty long stretch that it could happen but I’ve read about it. Just curious if anyone has any success stories similar?

Having two tubes it’s unlikely as your body doesn’t know that it’s blocked
If you only have one tube, it’s possible. I’m currently pregnant, baby is in the right spot, and I ovulated from my tubeless side

Like the left ovary ovulates and it goes down the right tube?

I read that this happens. Your other tube will/should go pick it up.
Not sure if it happens each time or what, but I've definitely heard/read this several times.
