Hi! I was diagnosed with PMDD a couple days ago. I’ve been off birth control for about 6 months and this is my first period that I reaaaaally noticed it. I almost quit my job, crashed my car, ended my two year long relationship, and other more extreme stuff. So ya... I jive with the diagnosis. My doctor wants to put me back on birth control and Prozac for two weeks out of the month leading up to my period. Idk why but I seriously would love that if it would make a difference. I talked to my therapist about how I medicate with marijuana to counteract my hormone difficulties and she thinks being put on medication to help with that would make a huge difference in my need for other help. (Weed isn’t legal where I live). So I’m excited to start the new medications and see where that leads me. Hopefully it will help cause god knows I need something to happen
