Cramps and bloating after period ?

So my period just ended 3 days ago or so and it was heavy with clots for 5 days but I feel a burning sensation in my stomach and cramps idk why

Could be diet related, maybe you had an acidic diet, coffee, pasta sauce, etc. it could be maybe it’s not done, it could be a side effect of your birth control, could be you had sex and he was rough, or it could be the beginnings of an infection. If it hurts, go get checked out, pain is your body’s way of telling you something is wrong. Whether that is a cyst, PCOS, endometriosis, a blockage, etc. unfortunately that area is a very sensitive area basically the wind blowing can throw things off. Stress, lack of sleep, diet, exercise, sex or masturbation, it’s easy to get infections like BV or endometriosis, tric, thrush etc. but honestly when in doubt go get checked out that’s always my thing.￼
