This isn't a pregnancy scare

Me and my fiancé have Ben having unprotected sex since June when I got off of depo but there's no baby or pregnancy scares. All I do is cramp and there's almost constant spotting/ light bleeding. Im starting to think my stuff doesn't work. I had doctors warn me when I was 12 that I couldn't have kids because my appendix exploded and sat on my ovaries over night ( I died on the table had to be brought back, had 2 drainage tubes and was stuck in the hospital 2 1/2 weeks) starting to get really worried should I see a professional doctor or wait a little longer and see .
