Nyquil pills

Okay, so I have a general curiosity about nyquil and wonder if this happens to other people too. For starters, I don't take nyquil or dayquil very often, maybe once a year if I feel bad enough. Also, I don't take it in liquid form, ive always taken the pills. So I know this isn't a dosage problem. But I want to know if this happens to other people, im really curious.

When I take nyquil, I sleep WORSE than if I were to not take it. I toss and turn all night long, I feel like my body temperature is hotter, and I just overall get an awful night's sleep when I take it. You'd think it would be opposite of this because its literally meant to help you sleep better. But it doesnt work that way for me. Does anyone else get a crappy nights sleep when they take nyquil when they're sick? 🤔
