Prenatal workouts
Does anyone use a virtual or app based program specifically tailored for pregnant women? I’m normally very active but these last 15 weeks with baby number 3 has knocked me on my ass. I am really wanting to get back into fitness but know I have a lot of pelvic floor weakness (from previous pregnancies) as well as need the knowledge of what I can and cannot safely do pregnant (ie- obviously I know crunches but liiiiiike what else lol)
