Natural birth???

Question

I've had 2 babies my 1st I did iv and epidural after the epidural I have serious issues back pain 2nd I did just the epidural but afterwards I had back issues as well so I want to do a natural birth... if anyone who has had a natural birth do you have any tips to manage the pain or tips at all due with my 3rd April 22 2021

Helllooo! I’m due April 24, had my son in dec 2018 all natural water birth with a midwife and will be having baby girl at home with my midwife. I advise you to read Ina Mays guild to Child birth!! Also learn about the phases of labor and watch lots of videos there are some great pages on Instagram I tried to prepare best I could but honestly SO worth it and SO doable. 
Just remember your contractions are a part of you so they cannot be stronger than you

We can handle any amount of pain for one minute. So power through your contractions and rest in the breaks. Those moments of rest are God sent.
