Anyone ever hear the one where if your nose grows and looks bigger it's a boy. If your lips look puffy it's a girl?

My aunt has a 95% correct guess rate on this theory, she used to work in OB and their office staff swore by it.

I'm team green this time but my two previous pregnancy she guessed right. If I go off the theory looks like this ones a boy.. we shall see.

Anyone else have any fun old wives tales?
