Pregnant or not

My last period was October 19. I took a pregnancy test on November 19 at 10pm , it was negative. Then I took one that following Sunday at night too an it was negative. I took another on the day of my missed period which was that Monday. I took it that morning &’ it came out saying I as pregnant. After that I took two more to be Sure and I had two lines on both of them. 🥺 This really is my first for everything and I just want to be sure I am. So am I ? It’s a month late and November is basically over now .
