Adult/hormonal acne help!

This has gotten outta hand I’m calling it adult or hormonal acne cause it’s my chin area, but honestly I’ve NEVER had an issue before the masks 😷 they are painful under the skin type. Any recommendations? I’m also trying to have a baby so anything natural is preferred. Thank you 🙏🏻
